About us

Krav Maga is an Israeli self defense that was originally developed for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) by Imi Lichtenfeld in the 1930s. Our lead instructor comes from a direct lineage from Imi. 

Krav Maga is known for using simultaneous offensive and defensive techniques that are built off natural human reactions. Krav has taken different techniques from other martial arts and made it their own while specializing in no rules street defense and weapons defenses. 

Our owner and lead instructor has been living in Westchester for the past twenty two years . He actually started his martial arts journey in Westchester with Tae Kwon Do before venturing off into other systems.  

All of our instructors are dedicated to your safety and learning. Each instructor has years of experience in multiple martial arts: Krav Maga, Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Muay Thai  and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, including Richard Bresler who was the first American Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor under  Rorion Gracie.
